2025 Grenache Blanc

The Grenache Blanc varietal is related to the red Grenache grape, sharing its Rhône heritage but expressing itself in a distinctly fresh and vibrant way. We planted three acres of Grenache Blanc in the silty, mineral-rich Elder Loam soils located just in front of the winery. This particular block benefits from a cooler microclimate, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop layered complexity.

 

The 2025 Grenache Blanc offers a bouquet of stone fruit, spring water, and sliced pear. Flavors of ripe nectarine linger on the palate, finishing with tart grapefruit granita. This versatile wine pairs exceptionally well with a variety of dishes, including a simple coconut chicken curry, refreshing shrimp and mango ceviche, and flavorful fresh spring rolls.
