The 2021 Z Three brings a layered experience, featuring notes of leather, aged salami, macerated ripe blueberries, and wild strawberries. Flavors reminiscent of blueberry and blackberry cobbler mingle with subtle hints of iodine. It shows impressive length and breadth, with powdery tannins that envelop the mouth. Pair this wine with hearty dishes such as Sausage and Peppers, smoked brisket tacos, or beef and lamb shawarma. For a classic touch, consider serving it with a charcuterie platter, though it’s versatile enough to be enjoyed on its own, accompanied by an assortment of cheeses, olives, and cured meats as it evolves in the glass.
